Devent is Children’s Mission’s work with entrepreneurship and community development. People are trained to start and develop companies that create livelihood for themselves, for their family and for their employees.

Since Devent started in 1997, the participants have created more than one new job every day for 20 years. Up to 2,000 companies have been started. Together, they have generated more than 8,500 new jobs.
